Yes, BLESS HER and all who have lost loved ones in recent times. They are among our helping ancestors right now, and yet the pain and grief go very deep for those left behind.

Lora, always such a gift to hear from you! You know deeply and personally the loss I’m experincing having also recently experienced the loss of your own beloved son. Yet you continue to shine and serve. Such a gift to us all. Those words of Joseph Campbell ring deep in my heart, “To live on in the hearts of those left behind is not to die.’

Nice to hear from the wise and enthousiastic Rosemary. It is inspiring, great tips ! I will try the garlic in cider and the fire cider which I didn’t know !
You also made me remind of the old neighbours in the street when I was a kid : they were happy to teach us things and now it is my turn to do it ! It is good that you two remind us of this.
All these talks fill me with Joy. THank you Brooke.

Now that the summit is launched, I too want to make Fire Cider. Such a powerful recipe and health support!

Yes, all of us adults can be an inspiration to the young ones around us, and it won’t be by sitting in front of TV all the time, or burying our nose in a cell phone. Get outside yourself; breathe the air; go barefoot; talk to plants; send songs on the breeze; explore the natural world with a child at your side !!!

I think you’ll love these recipes! They are perfect to make just now right as winter sets in. You might ask your library if they have a copy of the Fire Cider book. It’s a really fun book with lots of great variations on the fire cider recipe, and contains a little of the history of Fire Cider, Traditions not Trademarks and the Free Fire Cider movement.
